ScratchTale
A downloadable game
🧡 ScratchTale 🧡
Undertale… rebuilt in Scratch.
What happens when one of the most iconic indie RPGs ever gets recreated using blocks, sprites, and way too much determination?
Welcome to ScratchTale.
This isn’t a port. This isn’t a fangame pretending to be something else.
This is a full-on Scratch-style reimagining inspired by Undertale — made completely in Scratch.
No long walks.
No puzzle rooms.
No in-between platforming.
Just… BOSS. AFTER. BOSS. AFTER. BOSS.
Fight your way through a lineup of familiar encounters recreated with a chaotic Scratch energy where everything feels handcrafted, block-coded, and slightly unhinged in the best way possible.
And yes…
The bosses are literally Scratch sprites.
🎮 FEATURES
⚔️ Boss Rush Gameplay
Skip straight to the action. Every encounter drops you right into the fight.
🟧 Made ENTIRELY in Scratch
No external engine magic. Just Scratch, determination, and questionable life decisions.
👾 Scratch-Style Bosses
Characters and attacks embrace the Scratch look and feel—expect sprites, simple shapes, and surprisingly intense battles.
💥 Classic Bullet-Dodging Combat
Move, dodge, survive, repeat.
🎵 That nostalgic Scratch energy
Feels like opening a project and somehow discovering an entire game inside.
🏆 Can you beat every boss?
❓WHY PLAY SCRATCHTALE?
Because there’s something weirdly awesome about seeing a huge RPG concept squeezed into an engine people usually use to make flying cat simulators.
Whether you’re:
- an Undertale fan,
- a Scratch creator,
- someone who likes boss fights,
- or someone who just wants to see how far Scratch can be pushed—
ScratchTale exists to answer one question:
“How much determination can fit into block code?”
⚠️ NOTE
ScratchTale is a fan project inspired by Undertale and is not affiliated with Toby Fox.
Please support the original game too ❤️
Download now and see if Scratch can handle your determination.
💙 BONUS GAME INCLUDED: ScratchTale 2 💙
One game wasn’t enough.
Included with your download is a second full game: ScratchTale 2.
This time… the underground changes.
Inspired by Deltarune, ScratchTale 2 takes the same idea as the original and pushes it even further:
DELTARUNE… rebuilt completely in Scratch.
But this isn’t a scene-for-scene remake.
No walking sections.
No exploration.
No downtime.
Only the moments everyone remembers:
👥 THE SCRATCH PARTY
Instead of the classic trio…
🟧 Scratch (yes, Scratch Cat himself) — The determined leader of the group.
🟦 Nano — Small but dangerous.
🟪 Tera — Big energy. Bigger attacks.
Together, the three charge from battle to battle in a boss-focused adventure where every encounter feels like opening an absurdly ambitious Scratch project and realizing:
“wait… somebody actually made this?”
⚔️ WHAT MAKES SCRATCHTALE 2 DIFFERENT?
🎮 Three-player style battles
Control a team instead of going solo.
👾 Every character is a Scratch sprite
Bosses. Party members. Effects. Everything.
💥 Bosses only
No filler. No wandering. Just encounter after encounter.
🟧 Scratch engine chaos
Unexpected animation tricks, block-coded systems, and pure Scratch energy.
🏁 A second adventure included for free
Beat ScratchTale? There’s another world waiting.
❓SO WHICH IS BETTER?
ScratchTale:
One hero. One fight at a time.
ScratchTale 2:
Three heroes. Bigger battles. More chaos.
Play both and decide.
(Or lose to the first boss and pretend you meant to speedrun.)
